Events are training for activations. WOPS should remain relevant to activations.

Ski 80 - talk of using data. Request for funding for 3 ops to test feasablity. Plan will be submitted for a later meeting.

De-brief of RoM. Data Group will abandon Coms Manual.

Trialled APRS stations - variable quality results. Will continue to examine APRS for data transfer.

Next year will use own infrastructure entirely.

RoM. RTM being rebuilt. Repeater did fail - physical obstruction.

PSC to be advised that they do not have to concern themselves with production of the web site. -3XDE

Roger Baker's document - addition to SOPS to cover safety issues for remote operators not be continued with. The Activity Coordinator is responsible for deployment a safe return of operators.

Following RCO meeting it was recognised that the "Background Procedures & Techniques Manual, WICEN Victoria, 4/02/88" is now obsolete.

WICEN supports 3 manuals - Operators Manual, Coordinators Manual and Administration Manual to be established. 3FGC to clarify with 3GPT.

Operators Manual to include: Aide Memoire, Voice Procedure Training Notes, Message Handling Training Notes, include WGC Draft - material to be obtained from 3GPT.

Coordinators Manual: as is less Administration Manual.
