    1. Y2K Equipment upgrade application - 3XDE reported no progress due to RoM
    2. 6m Radio Bulk Purchase
      • 3XDE has identified appropriate 2nd hand radios @ $120 ea
      • To be offered to active members (participated in an exercise in last 12 months)
      • 3XDE to give details to 3XMU for publicising
    3. Phone callout system - 3XDE reported no progress due to RoM
    4. WIA Affiliation - 3XMU reported no response from Ewan McLeod
    5. Station at ARV Rooms - 3XMU reported no response from Peter Mill
    6. WICEN Caravan
      • 3FGC displayed proposed layout of caravan.

      • 3XMU to investigate pump up mast
    7. Antennas for Seymour Police Station
      • 3XDE reported specs sent to Seymour Police
      • 3FGC to follow up on progress
    8. Slingshots for hoisting antennas
      • XMU was to publicise, but insufficient detail.

        • Plan changed to $75/month plan to avoid excess traffic charges
        • 3XMU apologised for cost overruns but pointed out that yearly cost of $900 only $50 greater than mailing newsletters but much greater benefits:
          • Web site accessible by anyone, not just WICEN members

          • Email list updated from events database much more immediate than newsletter

          • Acts as Archive/Document Repository/Reference Library

    2. Radio
      • Intermittent fault discovered in antenna in portable 2m antenna/mast kit during RoM - replacement required
      • MPRG digipeater from Mt St Leonard to be installed at Kinglake in exchange for siting WICEN digipeater at Mt St Leonard - requires 2m antenna and feedline
      • 3XDE to arrange supply of 2 x 2m antennas and feedline as required.
      • Possibility of Mt Ritchie repeater keepers getting trapped by falling trees discussed
    3. Data
      • Problems of data operation at RoM discussed
      • Pre Event testing of paths by actual event operators from Finish Kalatha and Kalatha Camp required as was done at Cement Ck for 2005.
      • Both fixed digis failed. More portable digis required? 3XMU to investigate Kantronics pricing
