3.12 Oxfam Trailwalker - 3XMU - 3ZNT has authority to negotiate. 3 BAF to contact 3ZNT - ascertain level of remuneration. 3ZNT to be asked to report monthly.
3.13 Swan Hill Repeater - 3XMU - 3XDE to discus outside WICEN.
3.14 Rally of Melbourne - 3XMU, 3XDE - Went well. Small problem on data. One 2m repeater dropped out. Issue of setting up expertise. WICEN generated its own Coms. Procedures. Only practical distribution by e-mail due to shortage of time. Reuse in subsequent years, modified as required. Good precedent. Packet went well. One damaged windscreen - claim from Rally or cover. 3XMU to write to 3BKR.

5.2 Radio - 3XDE - problem on portable packet repeater. Failures in areas over which we have no control. 3RTN problem can be dealt with in negotiation with Mitcham.
5.3 Data - 3XMU - Report on new KPC 4 cluster control.
Used updated WAPS RoM - worked well but still work to be done.
Training nights - expressions of interest received - theory YVGS with practise from homes.
