      • 3XMU to set up SMS capabilities for CoM and All Members

    2. Proposed purchase of HF antenna for MITS tower
      • Agreed not to purchase Bushcomm antenna
      • 3BAF to provide 40/80 dipole antenna for MITS tower
    3. Proposed investment account

      That the Treasurer, Paul Elvey VK3YYF be authorised to establish a Max-i Direct account with Westpac linked to the WICEN (Vic.) Inc. Donation account with John Kerr, Gordon Cornell, Mark Dods, Paul Elvey and Gerard Werner as signatories, and to close the Westpac Classic account, transfering the funds and signatories to a newly opened Society Cheque account.
    4. WIA Affiliation
      • 3XMU to work with Federal WICEN Coordinator on details of affiliation with National WIA
    5. Property List
      • 3BAF to obtain current property schedule including equipment locations from Property Officer

      • 3XMU to ask ARV Secretary for likely date of installation
