      Agreed: Renewals are for 5 years from year of renewal
    • New membership applications
      Agreed: Prospective members should not be sent ID cards for signing or asked for ID photos or registration fees until their application has been accepted by the CoM
    • Wearing of WICEN uniforms for "Chop a Crop"
      Agreed: WICEN Uniform may be worn for this and similar community service activities

      • 3XDE to provide 3XMU with points for letter to clubs

    • Review of SOPS 3 & 4 deferred until next meeting
