      1. 3UV to rebroadcast WIA Broadcast on 07-03-2004 due to poor signal reports on Attwood transmission

    5. 3XMU to include question re distributing contact info to members in next membership info update

      1. Discussed possible WIA federalisation & effects on WICEN
      2. 3XMU to establish who drafted WICEN constitution
      3. Legal advice to be sought to see if links to WIA (Vic. Div.) expire if they wind up or if their rights re appointing CoM members, vetoing constitution changes and inheriting assets in the event WICEN was wound up would pass to new Federal WIA.
