4.5 UHF Repeaters - Keepers have now been appointed - 3XDE. Have bits and pieces for 3 sets. Require about $1-2,000 for each. Keepers to carry out necessary research to ascertain location and condition of repeaters. Hold pending finance availability.

4.7 Oxfam Trailwalker - All in hand. Briefing tabled by Mark 3XMU

7.2 Training - Not happening - Suggest Peter Weeks be involved. Training for operators, event coordinators, etc. Requires a team. Paul 3XDE to lead - ring Peter Weeks.
7.3 NE Victoria Fires - line up with Peter Weeks, Paul 3XDE & John 3BAF to contact. RCOs have been asked to have their own debriefs. YVGS proposed as venue. Suggest team visits Benalla and Gispland regions. John 3BAF to talk with Chris Morley.
7.4 Mark 3XMU cannot do both NE and Melbourne rallies. Would prefer to do NE.
