Motion:That the minutes of the meeting of May 2005 be received as a true record.

4 Business Arising from Minutes

4.1QRG Minimum equipment list – XMU – list tabled. BAF to be informed XDE/XMU to replace existing list on web site.

4.2 Arm Bands - XMU – Adopt yellow band.

    1. Training Exercise/Field Day – UV coordinating. November 13th.

    2. Insurance - FGC – to continue

    3. CoM Attendance at Regional/Divisional meetings - XMU – covered except Gipsland. Await Chris' return.

    4. FGC to ascertain availability of Avon Street Depot.

    5. Name Badges - UV – GER to make enquiries.

    6. Region 3 Meeting – XMU

    7. First Aid Kits - FGC – to be called “medicine kits” 2 or 3 to go with trailers etc.

    8. R5D1 portable repeater – In hands of KMG. Still to be tested.

    9. Falls Ck to Mt Buffalo bike event - XMU – Being after Murray Marathon and unacceptable conditions requested – declined.
