  3. Business Arising from Minutes
    1. Liaison with Police - 3FGC
      • Murray Adams will sign ID cards if local coordinators are unwilling or unavailable
      • VPC Site Agreement - Murray Adams recommends letting the current arrangements continue. He will support us if problems arise.
      • Police Station Installations - WICEN antennas as standard fitting - deferred

    2. Region 3 RCO
      • 3JFK unwilling, no further action taken at present

    3. Minimum equipment list for QRG operators
      • 3XDE to email to 3XMU again

    4. Call out procedure
      • 3XMU distributed draft callout procedure prior to meeting
      • To be adopted and modified as necessary
      • 3XMU to produce modified version for activation via R/DCO rather than SCO.

    5. Purchase of Caravan from VK3KIC
      • Awaiting 3KIC to complete transfer papers
      • 3XMU to raise with 3YD

    6. WICEN arm bands
      • 50 to be obtained
      • XMU to raise with 3BAF

    7. WICEN casual emergency worker ID cards - 3XMU
      • 3XMU reported all distributed to R/DCOs
      • 3GPT will track with other equipment

    8. Donated Generator
      • 3HFT reported installed on white trailer

    9. Training Exercise
      • To be combined with Field Day on April 9/10 - to GB

    10. Trunk Radio Training
      • Next session to be at FAMPARC on April 17th
