WIA asking for additional 10 Mhz frequency. A spare Codan may be available.
Possible problem re Amateur frequency allocations. Gordon to speak to Leo van der Touren.
6.3 Data - 3XMU - Data meeting 12/3/03. Reviewed digipeater deployment. Hoskins to cover Balarat. We will cover other events. Needed at Mt Buller - to consult Peter Weeks. Kinglake under consideration - re access.
RECOM software no longer current. WICEN would have no role in keying in data. WICEN’s role would be as relief ops or for short haul evacuation points coms.
Accreditation - tests now prepared and necessary equipment requirements.

7. General Business
7.1 EGARC - suggestion that they obtain their own frequency. WICEN will reimburse cost of antenna. 3XMU to write.
7.2 Event Approval Process - 3XMU - Noted that five events are scheduled for this next weekend. SCO to be notified of requests at least six weeks ahead of time. No more than 40 operators should be committed for any one date. Provisional on WICEN not being activated.
7.3 Minimum level of equipment should be linked to operator status.
7.4 3FGC re Geelong tower at Yumeralla. DSE rejected proposition. 3FGC to follow up.
