Motion: That the minutes of the meeting of 19th March be accepted as a true and accurate record.

3.1 Publicity Brochure - now complete. Next step quote and funding. Colour proof copy to 3FGC - 3XMU

3.2 Asset Register - Graeme emailed for token values - awaiting reply 3BAF

3.3 New Event Form - carried over -3JM

3.4 Constitution Changes - emailed to AWI (Vic) - await response. 3XMU

3.5 Prepaid mobile phone accounts - 3ZNT tabled handout re pre-paid account - portability possible. Telstra better coverage outside metro area. 3BAF to choose

3.5 Emailing Newsletter - Resignation of Newsletter sub-committee accepted with regret and appreciation of past contribution. 3XMU

3.6 Visits to Regions - 3JM and 3BAF visited Morwell. 26 attended meeting. Enthusiastic group. 3GPT visited Geelong. 10 in attendance.

3.7 Field Day - 3JM checked location - unsuitable. 3GPT to check Ballarat. 3AHD to be convenor.

3.8 UHF Repeaters - letter drafted to RCOs. 3XDE informed. - 3XMU

3.9 Admin procedures - Request from Data Group for details on what is needed. Need to establish appropriate working committee. 3BAF, 3JM and 3FGC
